This act highlights the belief that healing is not only physical, but also spiritual, and is deeply linked to nature and ceremonial rituals.

The chuparosa, a small bird also represented on this board, symbolizes good luck and protection. It is believed that its positive energy accompanies those who carry it close to their heart. On the other hand, the work shows other fundamental elements used by the healer: feathers, macuchi eyes and peyote. These objects are representative of the connection with the divine and the access to higher states of consciousness, essential in the healing process.
